REVIEW OF THE ALBUM VIOLENT PROCREATION BY ENTRENCH

Entrench is a thrash metal band formed in 2005 in Sweden, releasing numerous demos before signing with War Anthem Records, bringing to light their debut album Inevitable Decay in 2010, succeeding with positive reaction from the media. After a split with Insane, the band finally released their second work last December 2014 under the name of Violent Procreation, being promoted also by FullBlast.

Entrench style comprises the old school thrash metal pulses but with blackened powerful instrumentals and harsh and sharp violent vocal patterns, drums are remarkably exceptional, changing rhythms from ultra fast black and death double pedalled influences to mid to fast paced genuine thrash, combined with palm muted guitar riffs really well composed; basically following this strategy over all tracks in the album, starting with One with agony where the speed blackened thrash explodes from the beginning with forceful vocal sections and excellent chorus.

Those who exceed follows the same path creating an addictive riff of pure thrash and drippings of death metal, also good progression going in crescendo to a mid fast tempo thrash attack, exploding without a break with Adjust to summit, another thrash anthem with death metal melodies and added epic slow parts trespassing the doom territory and ascending amazingly to mid fast technical death thrash combo.

Chemical holocaust keep the technical pace on the riff and drums, alternating mid and fast pulses, this time on the death metal pattern, leading to an excellent chorus to scream fist in the air, nonstop headbanging moshpit continued by Devoid of life, fast death thrash all the way with remarkable palm muted guitar riffs and wrathful vocals that will blow your mind.

Calm the urge explodes literally with an exceptional performance on the drums, pure speed and mid tempo thrash metal rhythms lead the act with interesting vocal sections, as the process of Annihilation continues the thrash strategy changing rhythms amazingly well, with predominant mid tempo parts, with a good harmony between great theatrical vocals and instrumentals.

The guitars of senseless slaughter well give you an idea of the patterns of this track, one of the best speed thrash metal songs of the band, finding drippings of Exumer meeting Exodus on those riffs backed by thunderous drumbeats, excellent headbanging job continued by the last song, apathetic existence, another great ascending evolution from mid to high speed thrash, with bits of death metal here and there making this another highlight of the band style.

Entrench created a really enjoyable album, excellent compositions completed with changes of rhythms, not extremely technical but headbanging from the first riff, taking you to a nonstop moshpit of genuine thrash metal that will equally delight death metal maniacs.

REVIEW OF THE ALBUM "AWAKE THE RIOT" BY DUST BOLT

Dust bolt is a thrash metal band from Germany formed in 2006, recording their first demo in 2010 "Chaos Possession" instantly got national recognition, then after wining the Wacken Metal battle, the band record their first album, Violent Demolition , signing with the prestigious Napalm Records, and then getting known worldwide as one of the best new thrash metal bands. The second album Awake The Riot was released the 30th May of 2014, getting really positive feedback of the worldwide media.

Dust bolt bring the old school thrash metal as the main strategy, forging a frenetic fast paced and genuine thrash with similarities with Kreator and Slayer, and taking some patterns from Havok or Divine Chaos, denoting a high quality and technical instrumental from the first moment; the drums are powerful and sophisticated, changing rhythms and creating the moshpiting feeling together with technical guitar sections of palm muted, virtuous performances and effectively aggressive, raw and sharp high pitched vocals.

The album Awake the riot opens with Living hell, as the drums break the ice in a sudden thrash metal attack, good sign of what the band is about, pure headbanging thrash metal revival, the guitars work in perfect harmony adding fast melodies under double pedaled parts, excellent changes of pace as it brings you up every time it accelerates with remarkable drum details; and this is only the beginning, the breathtaking metal attack Continues with Soul Erazor, as the sharp drum missiles explodes in another anthem with straight chorus where the listener will scream fist in the air, special mention to the guitar melodies on the back, great composition there as a good mid fast tempo highlight of the album.

Beneath the earth speed up the pace in a very straight forward track, including some growling parts together with mid fast tempo harsh vocals, as You Lost sight evolves in another authentic speed thrash metal shot, headbanging as hell with an increscendo structure emphasized by the drums play.

Agent thrash is for thrash metal what agents of steel is for speed metal, a powerful demonstration of speed thrash metal force exploding like an atomic bomb, with effective riffs, forceful drum power and great chorus; but there is no break yet, as Living a lie attack you with technical riffs, drippings of death metal guitar melodies, as well as a frenetic unstoppable rhythm becoming one of the gems of this band.

The self titled track awake the riot - the final war comprises a mid powerful tempo obviously accelerated to a short and breathtaking song including catchy bridge and chorus.

Eternal waste and Drowned in blind faith heralds mid fast shots of palm muted and galloping sections, really amazing drums performance with one of the best progression of the album, linked with Worlds built to deceive, forging more thundering thrash power patterns, raw and thrashing machinery with good guitar dark melodies trespassing slightly to the death metal elements as The monotonous - distant scream rises from the acoustic evil notes progressing with ascending intensity, including excellent melodic harsh vocal verses that amazingly explodes in a combination of thrash heart with death metal meeting epic elements.

Future shock is the last track of this Awakening the riot, as another genuine heavy thrash metal anthem running in a mid tempo, introducing early thrash metal elements to evolve adding more technical drippings sign of the band, making it another hit in this album.

Overall Dust Bolt forged an authentic masterpiece of frenetic neckbreaking thrash metal, that could take you to the mosh pit from the first track to the last one without breaks; the production is crystal clear and also the compositions are great, every element played is in perfect harmony with special mention to the guitar performances, being sophisticated, technical and not boring, together with a remarkable vocal style, demonstrate its power in tracks like Soul Erazor, Agent thrash or Living a lie, encapsulating the sound of the band and defining their style, true thrash metal!

REVIEW OF THE EP ADRENALINE SHOT BY AMKEN

Amken is a thrash metal band formed in 2011 in Greece, releasing independently their first EP Adrenaline Shot on the 30th November 2014.

Amken style is genuine thrash metal, simple and straight to your brains, the harsh low to high pitched vocals are amazing and also the guitar-drums team play is really well composed to take you to the mosh pit right away; you will find that visceral thrash attack seen on Razor or Exodus.

Adrenaline shot bangs with the tittle track, straight headbanging and powerful wild style, the rhythms go mid and fast really effectively, linking with Zombie Pets in another breathtaking thrash missile, this time comprising more technical elements, with excellent vocal parts and special mention to the drum pounding blasts, including one of their best chorus and a highlight of the band's style.

The dark introduction of Nightmare leads to another in crescendo thrash shot, continuing the nonstop headbanging feeling with a good structure and remarkable melodic sharp vocal sections linking to the final track God's asleep, clearly their best act, introducing deeper and epic sensations to the mixture, the theatrical performance of the vocalist is outstanding, the bass sounds bloody well, dirty and evil as hell as the thrash machinery evolves to a fast thrash symphony that will leave you hungry for more.

Amken brought to light their first Ep leaving a really good impression, their thrash is aggressive and effective, without being extremely technical this cut is wild and violent, showing that the weapons are ready to attack.

REVIEW OF THE ALBUM LOBOTOMIZED BY BIOTOXIC WARFARE (19/01/2015)

Biotoxic Warfare is a thrash / death metal band from Heraklion (Greece), formed in 2012, and releasing their first EP Baptized in blood and greed in 2013 receiving positive feedback from the media. The band went to the studio in september 2014 to record their debut album, Lobotomized, due to be released the next 19th January 2015 and signed with Slaney Records,

Biotoxic warfare sound comes from the aggressive speed thrash metal taking influences from Exodus, Kreator to Slayer, including some thrashy Venom era style, guitar melodies are feed by pure death metal structures (memories from Death or Obituary) combined with oldschool thrash riffs, followed by a technically perfect drum style, mixing thrash and death rhythms continuously in the album; vocalist give it all in every track, showing an aggressive and powerful attitude with raw harsh mid-high pitched vocals, making the whole combination a pure bomb of headbanging metal.

The album starts with a death metal feeling instrumental track, Mors indecepta, as the evil notes lead to a combo of thrash action where the drums make a remarkable job in perfect harmony with the guitar performance, being a good warm up for Proclaim the gospel of lies, this time death metal guitars riffs explode together with thrash metal drumbeats, awesome fast paced track totally neckbreaking, continued by Baptized in blood and greed, one of the best of the band, as a super fast galloping and furious thrash metal attack, with short and straight vocal shots and changes of pace with astonishing palm muted riffs.

The same headbanging fuel continues with Dysphoric Reality, genuine oldschool thrash that amazingly is transformed in pure death metal at some parts, fast to mid tempo in a good anthem that encapsulates the band spirit.

The acoustic atmosphere surrounds you as the explosion of authentic furious thrash burns your soul with the tittle track, Lobotomized, remarkable guitar play and amazing mid fast drumbeats with added double pedal in an excellent composed structure and followed by another highlight for the band, Lust for hate, included previously in their first EP, the patterns taken here includes death metal drippings under a fast killer thrash fire, but creating a great bridge that leads to one of those chorus to scream and bang the head.

Parasitic life and As we Rot(promises of heaven) follow the same force and even raise up the aggression levels with a more notorious drumbeats in two of the fastest songs of the band that will your necks, special mention to As we Rot, introducing death and growling vocals in a vertiginous fast missile combining successfully all the elements the band have experimented along the album creating an inevitable mosh pit.

Biotoxic Warfare made their point of entry to the main thrash metal scene with Lobotomized, succeeding in terms of crystal clear production with the first album and forging surprisingly good album, if you want thrash metal, with death metal drippings, straight and strong, Lobotomized is what you are looking for.

REVIEW OF THE EP TRAPPED IN A NIGHTMARE BY REPULSOR

Repulsor is a polish speed thrash metal band formed in 2010, with only a demo and one Ep released in 2013, and re-released by Thrashing Madness label in 2014; the band drink straight from the roots of forceful thrash metal bands like Exodus or Razor, with loads of technical palm muted riffs at high speed drum shots, the vocals make the job efficiently with harsh and sharp high pitched techniques in general, forged for the head banging action without a break.

Toxic Tomorrow demonstrates straight away what the band is all about, as the drums explode in a sudden impact attack of high speed and breathtaking metal, the guitar riffs find the harmony alternating palm muted shots with shredding parts; as RMDH (real monsters die hard) attack without mercy in another authentic and aggressive thrash anthem with an excellent structure that will keep you in the moshpit, and comprising effectively the band's sound.

After the acoustic lull of The Summoning, the impressive riffs of To the coven take the action in one of their best hits of fast paced, raw and angry speed thrash metal, this time the guitars and vocals create a powerful and very straight chorus, those to be screamed at the gigs with the fists in the air, linked with Killing Instinct, creating a funny intro that obviously explodes like an atomic bomb in another top shot of the band, this time the ultra fast is combined with powerful mid tempo parts, denoting a good level of composition with remarkable job in the bridge and chorus.

The drum attack of Stained Heritage is the last of this Ep, including some power-thrash, palm muted and more melodic riffs, where fast and mid tempo dance in harmony always with a neck breaking feeling.

Being the first Ep, Repulsor forged a professional job, making clear what true speed thrash metal is all about, with Trapped in a nightmare there is no need to innovate yet, but following the path and being already on the level of bands like Havok, Crisix or Angelus Apatrida is without a doubt exceptional, the thrashing machinery of Repulsor is ready to attack!

INTERVIEW WITH STRANGER BLAZE

The speed thrash metal band Stranger Blaze released their debut album one year ago and the second one, Soulbreaker, is coming soon; in the meantime the band gave us some time to answer key questions about their history, past, present and future of the band.

If you like to check the review of their 2013 album Let destrution begins, click here
Hello guys and Thank you for taking the time! Tell me a bit of history of the band, how did you decide the band's name?
Hey Hello and thanks for the space… well, basically the name of the band is because we were trying to get something to represent what we are doing with our music. You know, we come from a country that unfortunately hasn't a well-known band to represent our land, you know so we felt identified with these 2 words. Stranger, because, like I told you, we come from the unknown Mexican scene to the global metal stuff but we want to burn it down like a fire, a blaze (in a good sense haha). It could sound funny but that was the best option we had at that moment hahaha

As far as I know the band was formed four years ago and the first full length was released last year, how do you value the process of creating and recording the album?
Stranger Blaze, as a band, started in 2011, 2010 was the year when we started to play guitar, and I’m talking about Albert Gaona and me. That foo taught me the first chords and notes on guitar, but in 2011 we completed the first line up. The LET DESTRUCTION BEGIN album was released in august 2013 but, we released the first EP in October 2011. The composition process was easy to be honest, it took a time when we were at recordings, cause it was the first time that we worked on the studio. The drums section was pretty quick to record, then the bass line stuff, the rhythm guitar section was very easy, but the real problem came with the lead guitar. at that time, the lead guitarist was not interested too much in the music business. This guy missed a lot of recording seasons, as a matter of fact, we lost a lot of time. But once completed, we didn’t have any other problem. The whole recording process took like 3 weeks so far. I can tell you that we tried to show what we felt in every single song at that time, we weren’t well experienced musicians at those days, but everything was honest, I mean, we don’t want to write about a billions of demons in a song just to make people think we are true and scary metalheads, we just wanted to put our ideas on the album. People could say "they are not the greatest band in the world but these motherfuckers are real.

You mention in your bio that the band started on a heavy speed metal style idea, but the final sound reveals a high thrash metal influence, how this influence came to the band's sound?
That’s a good question because nobody asked it before, but it is very simple, we love thrash metal bands specially Albert Gaona and me, since the beginning, we wanted to make fast music but a little bit different. Adolfo Sanchez, the current drummer, comes from black and death metal influences but we had clear that we would make fast shit and actually we love the results.

Its easy to see that you carry the true spirit of thrash metal attitude, how is the people reacting on the concerts?
The crowd is always insane, sometimes we are in the gig clubs, bars or whatever, and there are like 30 or 25 people and we are like "oh man this sucks" then we are on the stage and you see a lot of motherfuckers killing each other. They always multiply like fuckin' gremlins haha, it is awesome.

After your first album, how is the international metal scene reacting?
We received a lot of good reviews around the world, as an underground metal band, you don’t expect too much with the first strike, but this time it happened. we received good comments from people around the world, one guy in Osaka Japan asked us to send him a couple of CD's for his metal store, we already sent the album to Europe, the United States, and that shit is kicking over south America too...and obviously in Mexico. And after the Colombian tour the status of the band is growing and growing, like we say, you cannot stop the indestructible machinery...

I see how true metal in Mexico is getting bigger in consequence of the growing wave of traditional heavy metal bands worldwide, how do you value this situation?
It is a good thing but at the same time a bad thing, because there’s a lot of people listening to metal but a reality about this country is that always one wants to be better than the other one, the people is fighting each other to see who knows more about old school thrash metal bands, and it’s like, stop being a moron go and listen all the bands no matter if they are old or new, fuck that, it’s about the music, who cares if you know what colour Gary Holt´s underwear was when Exodus released Bonded by blood, just go and enjoy metal dawg .. But at the same time there are a lot of people with open mind that knows how to appreciate the new stuff as they do with old school music, I love that.

Could you name the bands that most influenced your style?
Actually, I have non usual taste, because I can listen to Metallica, Slayer, Exodus, and Destruction but also I love Metalcore bands, like Trivium, Avenged Sevenfold, stuff like that. I like Mexican American rap music too, but I don’t let the rap world to influence my compositions haha. Albert Gaona prefers the old school metal stuff, bands like Slayer, Exodus, Violence, DRI, Testament, Heather, and Adolfo Sanchez is more like Cannibal corpse, Cannabis Corpse Immortal, Burzum, Brandon Reyes likes Thrash metal stuff but he is more into blues music.

The production is on the average quality as a first album for a independent release, how was the work with the band members in the studio?
At the beginning was kinda hard, cause like I told you we had not been working on the studio before, metronome was a challenge for us, but we beat that motherfucker. We wanted to make something professional, and I guess we did it. Every one of us knew the purpose and the expectative of the album, so we did our best on the recording seasons, and we enjoyed that shit as fuck.

You are working on the the second album, Soulbreaker, how do you feel recording this album?
We are exploring on different ways regardless of people comments, but we love to do it, and we know the people will enjoy this album from beginning to end, we are taking a time to think in every single detail, the purpose on this, is to make something bigger and better than the last album, we want to take the next step to find our own sound, it is exciting.

Could you anticipate any details of the new album?
This shit will be fast, aggressive and technical; every single song will be like a kick in the balls and a punch in the face. you will find thrash metal, heavy metal, a lot of riffs, melodies, instrumental and technical songs...damn were gonna take the people from the neck and beat the shit down of them. At the lyrics you can find something to feel identified with, and real histories, for example there’s a song called "Into the gates of darkness" it is a song that i wrote when i got enough inspiration from the army life. There is the instrumental song "Dreams on the steel" dedicated to the Central American immigrants that cross Mexico to reach the American dream, leaving the family and facing death every single day just to give a better life to their people, real heroes dawg.

Have you had any promo agencies, record label offers since the release of Let destruction begins?
Well, to be honest, we received some invitations with Mexican agencies, but we wanted the first album to be independent, and we would try to get a label for the second one. So we're gonna send the album to some American and European labels, to spread the fire over the world.

Could you tell me how do you remember the best gig you performed?
One of my favourites was the first one, because we were the unknown band, it was a homemade gig on someone’s backyard and that shit became a hell when we started to play... But homie, the real one wasn’t even in our country; it was in Bogota, Colombia. I remember that pretty well, full house, those fuckers killing each other, doing stage diving, singing the songs, I remember in the last song of the set list, it was thrash demolition, we asked the people  to make a wall of death.. that shit was a war zone, I remember after the show I saw some kids bleeding as fuck, and one of them was like, hey you Mexican fuckers, you are awesome this shit was the best gig in my life... and I was like "thanks foo it was mine too... by the way I’m sorry for your blood" hahaha

Which countries would you like to visit In the future?
Well we want to play in every single country around the world, right now we are planning to go to Central America, cause we heard those fuckers are insane and we want to be witnesses of that. Also we want to go to the rest of south America, visit Europe, Asia for sure and personally I want to go back to the United States, even if we have to go illegally, fuck the migra hahahha I’m kidding but yes, we want to break people ears over the United States too, Canada.. Basically we want to play in every single country on earth.

Which bands would you like to share stage with?
Obviously we have our favourite bands, personally I would like to play with bands like Angelus Apatrida, Trivium, Metallica, Exodus and those legendary bands, you know what I'm sayin'?

What are the plans after the release of your album Soulbreaker?
Well were gonna make the first Official video, I won’t tell you which song we chose for that, it will be a surprise. also, we want to make a tour over central America, south America  and the big jump to Europe for sure, were gonna tour over Mexico again for sure, like I told you we would try to sign with some big world company, so we can spread the Stranger Blaze music easily over the world. We will work on the third album too; in fact, we already have a couple of ideas for the third one, so the indestructible machinery is getting bigger and stronger.

To finalize, could you leave a message for your fans?
We don’t have fans, despite what fuckers think, we just have brothers and sisters, so we want to say to all our raza over there to support and believe in the new school metal bands, no matter which sub genre they play, if you love metal, take a chance to listen the new bands, support for their local scenes and stop being pendejos hahaha ... greetings to all the crazy fuckers around the world!

Thank you very much guys! Hope we see you soon in Europe!
Thank you very much for the interview brother, peace

REVIEW OF THE ALBUM LET DESTRUCTION BEGINS BY STRANGER BLAZE

Stranger Blaze is a speed thrash metal band from Mexico formed in 2010 by Eliud Urdiales (vocalist) and Albert Garcia (former guitarist), step by step creating the band's sound and eventually changing members until the release of their first EP Let destruction begins in 2011 touring nationally and after changing guitarist adding Brandon Reyes the release of their first full length Let destruction begins came to light in july 2013, touring Mexico and Colombia and receiving great recognition nationally and internationally.

Stranger Blaze is actually working in their second album, Soulbreaker.

The band is finally comprised by Alberto on the bass, Eliud on the vocals, Adolfo Sanchez on the drums and Brandon on the guitar.

Prayer of tyrants opens the album with one of the best creations of the band with a straight fast tempo speed thrash metal missile that alternates from slow to mid and fast pulsed rhythms, the composition is excellent and the harmony is nearly perfect by all members of the band, taking you to 2010 the prophecy, heralding a typical thrash pounding rhythm adding a clear speed metal riff, strong and straight harsh vocals on mid and high pitched shots are the ingredients that will take you to the moshpit right away.

Lacking of reason evokes the mid tempo thrash pulse seen on Metallica style, creating a catchy chorus and deserving to be another top track of the band perfectly linked with Assassins letter, track that combines an early Metallica style with strong vocal shots, losing grip on the cleared vocal parts but still riveting like hell on a rhythm changing instrumentals.

Death machine is created effectively with three different pure old-school thrash metal riffs, simple and headbanging, this track doesn't need anything else, its just as wild as thrash should be and with no break links to No fear, excellent track that goes increscendo to another catchy true thrash metal rhythm, on the pace of the band's average which is great already, this song is stronger and the vocal hateful shots are just outstanding.

Above the nations attack you with no mercy in another moshpiting true speed thrash bomb, on the line of bands like Razor or the recent Evil Invaders, the chorus come from within forceful verses like a strike from a hammer.

Rage is the most convenient name for this song, releasing a bomb of mid tempo hate with an excellent interpretation continued by the last track on the list, Thrash demolition, explodes with true thrash force in an anthem that will be a masterpiece of the genre, combining Exodus and Slayer best styles, the best track of the album that will kill you on the moshpit wrecking your  necks with this furious mass destruction attack, just astonishing my friends.

Stranger blaze take the roots of thrash metal to create a mass destructive thrash metal attack with this album, the production is not the best, but eventually will improve because the great quality of the compositions, simple but really effective!

REVIEW EP THE CALL OF EXTINCTION BY RUNNING DEATH

Running death are a Thrash metal band from Germany formed in 2004 with one first EP released in 2010 "Raging nightmare" and the 2012 EP "Call of Extinction". They've been playing many gigs nationally and internationally, and now they are getting ready for a new album at the end of 2014. Their style is a perfect mix between thrash metal old school, heavy metal and  sophisticated guitar riffs influenced by early Metallica and Megadeth, and also reminiscences of Slayer or Fight sometimes.

Call of extinction starts with Unleashed, a dark atmospheric introduction that leads to a very well composed  thrash metal mid tempo, where the guitars take the lead on the rhythms as they change it constantly,Venom/Slayer mix  style on the vocals and awesome bass sound also as the instrumental takes you to bang your head to the
next track Killing for gods, a forceful slow heavy metal song, strong, raw and heavy is all it is about, even going epic/true metal influenced in some verses and galloping headbanging riffs connected at perfection with heavy and thrash metal mix drum beats till the end, taking you straight away to the tittle track Call of Extinction, thrash metal in its essence in the style of Megadeth, and some reminiscences of War of Words by Fight, good job on the vocals and the chorus.

Now is the turn of Celebrate your Aggression, one of the best on this EP, dark doom metal intro that links with one of the most strongest heavy rhythms, combined with excellent chorus, headbanging parts where you will scream Celebrate your aggression, just to react to one of the best changes of rhythm of the Ep, an atomic bomb just explodes in a blink of an eye, that takes you to the mosh pit and keep you breathless to the ending, where the guitars even go further doing some neoclassical metal style notes, to finish with Hunting for Heads, thrash metal that invites you to break your necks banging your heads, remarkable vocals and very well done on the chorus and the production, powerful and tough track, definitely the best of the Ep and the sign of the band's style.

Overall Running Death leaves a very good taste of Thrash metal combination with heavy metal and sophisticated instrumental, with excellent job in general by the guitarists; compositions of the tracks are excellent, solid, elaborated and well produced. Get ready for the end of the year because Running death are coming stronger than ever!

REVIEW DECADES OF PAIN ALBUM BY TOXIC WALTZ

Toxic Waltz is a classic thrash metal band from Germany formed in 2009, by lead guitarist Jimi and
ex-drummer Tim. The band was complete after bass player Rahman, Angelo as vocalist and Alex as rhythm guitar joined it to become an old school thrash metal band, that is clearly fed by the influence of
bands like Exodus, Slayer or Dark Angel; developing a Bay Area thrash metal style mixed with sophisticated riffs and also a remarcable production.

Their first album is called Decades of Pain, released in february 2014, and starts with a dark-epic
accoustic guitar that leads to the tittle track Decades of Pain, excellent in-crescendo estructure
leading to the classical thrash metal rhythmn, great technical drums and memorable chorus, good harmony on the guitars also as they continue with no break to the next track World of Hate, following the same style,  old school thrash metal that invites you to the mosh pit, but don't leave! they continue with Toxic Hell where they attack with fast thrash headbanging metal, more aggressive vocals and great instrumentals by the guitars Jimi and Alex.

Suicide Squad starts like the early Metallica, great job on the drums and growling vocals by Angelo
makes the difference as it continues with Green, much stronger track more on the line of Exodus this time
with excellent strong chorus to scream loud on every gig;

Next song is Morbid Symphony, slower in rythmn and powerfull like hell, Slayer-like style as they leave us breathless till the end, just to follow one of the masterpiece of the album, Priest of Lie, definitely the best of the EP, it starts with the bass and drums followed by Angelo deep scream to blow out your brain with the first verses, thrash old school in its essence, screaming Priest of Lie! and making you bang your head till the whiplash, excellent!
They finish the album with Obsession to Kill, keeping the same strenght of Priest of Lie, but slowing down a bit to develop the hate in every word, awesome interpretation by Angelo.

Overall Decades of Pain by Toxic Waltz is a punch of old school Bay Area Thrash Metal in your face, awesome start for this German band, with a great production also, they offer one of the best pure
thrash metal albums of the year, leading the thrash metal flag for the future, keeping the true thrash metal alive, TOXIC WALTZ
